touch the ground.
Sky is the face of sea.

Block of waves
between ribs of concrete
prints on my skirt

……………..as empty space.

Words crowd in the throat,
I burn them,
…………offer as sacrifice
…………the bird’s song:

the bell rings noiselessly.
When the light shifts
I see you stretched
……………..like fishing net

interlaced in
silence and absence.
